After you’ve completed your order and payment, I will contact you by email to confirm your order and request the information needed for your reading (such as names, dates of birth, and your situation or focus).

Your reading will only begin once all required information has been received.
If I do not receive the requested details within 7 days, your order will be placed on hold. You are welcome to reach out at any time to continue your reading once the information is provided.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the full description and agree to these terms.

What to Expect
You will receive a personalised PDF including:
Date of your reading, your question/focus, number of cards drawn, photo of the spread, and for each card, an explanation and interpretation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once the reading has started, refunds are no longer available.
Refund requests made before the reading has begun may be issued minus any non-refundable processing or payment fees.
